
What to Wear:
Feet : We usually dance barefoot, but you can wear soft soled shoes, i.e. soft sole ballet or jazz shoes. Trainers are not recommended
Clothing : comfy clothes, i.e. flowing skirt, jazz pants, yoga/gym pants. However you feel comfortable. We usually wear a choli and a skirt
Please bring a bottle of water with you, especially during hot spells as hydration is very important
What to Expect When Attending a Class:
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins
All class times are approximate and include warm up and coolk down time. If you feel you need a longer warm up then please make sure you warm up before you arrive to class and follow on with the class warm up
Class time may also include setting up time and handing out information
Class Structure:
The classes will be run in 6 weekly blocks with a quick refresher of what has been covered in the previous class
During week 3 zils will be introduced and actively encouraged. ATS utilises zils to accompany the dance and adds a different depth and quality to the style
Payment:
Class prices are as follows:

Drop in £8
Fees for drop in classes are paid for the session begins on the day.
Please make sure you are available to attend all six sessions if you pay for block classes as refunds cannot be given.
